Terrific Reference for Dickens Fans

I bought this book years ago, and I refer to it constantly.
It summarizes all Dickens's writings--including the travel pieces and short stories, even the plays, to say nothing of the novels.
And it gives alphabetical lists of characters for each novel, with a capsule about the person and relationships. This is an enormous help given the huge size and complexity of Dickens's books.
It also lists all the characters in the back alphabetically, for easy reference if you have forgotten which book a character was from.
In addition, it gives critical and commercial receptions for the books, both historical and modern. The modern references are now a bit dated, but a useful start.
Plus there are constant references to Dickens's thought processes while writing, together with events from his life.
